Taxes

If this sale was not taxed you may be required to remit sales or use tax on any items that are subject to sales or use tax in the state in which your purchase was delivered or sourced. WA - RCW 82.13.020(2)(a)(i)

Backorders

A backordered item ships as soon as it becomes available. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. We cannot guarantee that the backorder will be filled. If the backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail. If you have more questions about backorders call us at (800) 626-2787.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8% of merchandise sales is included on orders shipped to Oklahoma addresses.  Other states where tax is applicable include:  Washington, Nevada, Texas, and Florida.

We proudly stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Century purchase, you can return the unused product for a replacement or refund within 14 days of its purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

New merchandise, excluding books and DVD’s, that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled and is still suitable for resale, may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Pending inspection, an exchange, refund or credit in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, will be issued. After 14 days products will not be accepted for return or exchange. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. No returns are allowed on custom or clearance items. All Returns and exchanges may include an exchange fee or restocking fee.

To return or exchange a product:

  • Wrap merchandise securely.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. (Century is not responsible for packages lost in transit)

Limited Replacement Warranty

Century, LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Century, LLC sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid to Century, LLC within this 14-day period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
